• Age 22 to 30 years

• English language proficiency (Reading, Writing and Speaking).

• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) & Internet.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area/territory.

• Must have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital research.

• Product Presentation: Pitch and demonstrate products/services clearly to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

• Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales successfully while maintaining company margins.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.

• Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and target achievement updates to management.
