Tele Sales Manager

Amanah Associates BD

Amanah Associates BD is working with a UK-based company and is looking for energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented International Tele Sales Executives to join our team.

This is a night-shift position supporting UK-based customers. Candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and promote company products/services.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.

• Convert prospective customers into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and follow-ups in the system.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the respective supervisor.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Work effectively under pressure and take ownership of assigned sales targets.

• Contribute to the achievement of overall team and organizational sales goals.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Positive mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.

• Self-motivated, energetic and dynamic personality.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center or international sales will be an advantage.
