Strong client handling and negotiation abilities.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.

• Good command of English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.

• Smart, confident, professional, and presentable personality.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and construction market.

• Generate leads through personal networking, corporate connections, social media, and other channels.

• Communicate with clients to understand their interior design and renovation requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up plans for clients.

• Coordinate with the design, estimation, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations when required.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales/business development targets.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, client meetings, sales activities, and project status.

• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, competitors, and market opportunities.
