• Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) in Marketing

• Age 36 to 48 years

• Lead and manage the overall Sales & Marketing Team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, marketing plans and customer acquisition initiatives.

• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, client meetings and site visits to negotiation, booking and closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, NRBs, corporate clients and referral partners.

• Set team KPIs and sales targets, monitor performance and conduct regular sales reviews.

• Train and motivate the sales team on project knowledge, presentation, negotiation and closing techniques.

• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Brand and Creative Teams for campaigns and lead-generation activities.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and management presentations.

• Develop and ensure implementation of sales policies, SOPs, CRM practices and professional customer service standards.
