  • Good organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Admin Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in managing travel-agent relationships, supporting sales activities and handling sales-related administrative work. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are interested in sales, business development and the airline/travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned travel-agent accounts through phone, email and business visits.

  • Manage a portfolio of smaller, newly appointed, and underperforming travel agents to improve sales performance and business with Singapore Airlines.

  • Monitor travel-agent sales performance, with particular focus on newly appointed and underperforming agents, and conduct appropriate follow-up to improve sales production.

  • Follow up with newly appointed and underperforming travel agents to encourage sales production.

  • Communicate airline products, fares, promotions and sales campaigns to travel agents.

  • Monitor travel-agent sales performance and assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.

  • Maintain accurate records of travel-agent accounts, contracts, sales activities, Group Sales/G360 information, and related documentation.

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, faresheets, promotional materials, travel-agent communications, and fare/ticketing instructions.

  • Support sales campaigns, travel-agent incentive programmes and other commercial initiatives.

  • Handle travel-agent enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account and servicing matters.

  • Support group and corporate booking-related activities and other sales requirements.

  • Assist the Sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and following up on sales leads.

  • Support travel-agent appointment, contracting, renewal and access to applicable SIA fares, ensuring required documentation and compliance are maintained.

  • Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.
