Job Summary
Madina Group is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and responsible Assistant Manager – Sales/Marketing & Recovery to manage rent collection, recovery and tenant relationship activities for its shopping mall and Warehouse operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of shop and warehouse rent, monitoring outstanding dues, maintaining tenant relationships and supporting leasing/sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure timely collection of monthly shop rent, warehouse rent, service charges and other applicable charges.
Monitor and follow up on all outstanding and overdue rents.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly rent collection and recovery reports.
Maintain updated records of tenants, rental agreements, payment schedules and outstanding balances.
Regularly communicate with shop owners, tenants, warehouse users and other occupants regarding rent and payment matters.
Conduct systematic follow-up with defaulting tenants for recovery of outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with the Accounts & Finance Department regarding collections, receipts, adjustments and outstanding statements.
Issue or coordinate rent reminders, payment notices and recovery-related communications as instructed by management.
Handle tenant queries and complaints relating to rent, service charges, warehouse charges and related commercial matters.
Support sales, leasing and marketing activities for vacant shops, showrooms, warehouses and commercial spaces.
Communicate with prospective tenants and clients and assist in converting inquiries into rental/leasing agreements.
Conduct regular market visits and property inspections to monitor occupancy and tenant-related issues.
Monitor tenant compliance with rental agreements, payment terms and company policies.
Identify potential recovery issues and recommend appropriate actions to management.
Assist in achieving monthly rent collection, recovery, occupancy and leasing targets.
Maintain professional relationships with tenants while ensuring strong recovery discipline.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
