Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers in assigned areas.
Visit shops, dealers and potential customers regularly to promote company products.
Generate new sales leads and collect orders from customers.
Expand the company’s customer network in Khulna, Barishal, Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions.
Present products, explain prices and offers, and follow up with customers for orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets through regular market visits and customer follow-up.
Collect market information, customer feedback and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the Jashore office regarding customer orders, delivery and payments.
Prepare regular market visit and sales reports.
The position will be based at the Jashore office and will require regular travel to assigned markets.

Performance-based sales incentive will be provided based on sales achievement. Regular market travel expenses will be provided as per company policy.
