• ​Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • ​Planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns across meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and local print/signage.

  • ​Capturing, segmenting, and nurturing prospective buyers through targeted messaging.

• ​Property Promotion & Content Creation

  • ​Developing promotional materials including project brochures, flyers, photo/video content, and site tour presentations.

  • ​Writing compelling descriptions for property listings across company websites and third-party real estate portals.

• ​Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • ​Monitoring local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging market demands.

  • ​Tracking customer demographics and buyer preferences to refine marketing strategy.

• ​Brand Strategy & Public Relations

  • ​Managing social media channels, updates, and community engagement.

  • ​Organizing promotional events, open houses, launch ceremonies, and trade expos.

• ​Sales Support & Client Relations

  • ​Providing sales teams with qualified leads, updated collateral, and project info.

  • ​Managing client feedback from site visits to refine messaging and promotional tactics.

  • Achieving monthly sales target.
