Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 32 years
  • Proven experience in reservation and ticketing, with a strong background in the hospitality and travel industries.

  • Solid customer service expertise, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members.

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with the ability to create reports, manage communications, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Accurate and detail-oriented with data entry experience, ensuring reliable and organized record-keeping.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assisting and advising customers in selecting from a variety of travel options.

  • Making reservations based on customers’ specific requirements and budgetary allowances.

  • Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.

  • Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.

  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

  • Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

  • Selling and promoting reservation services

  • Answering customer inquiries about the reservation process.

  • Upselling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.

  • Providing support to customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
