Experience:
Proven experience in reservation and ticketing, with a strong background in the hospitality and travel industries.
Solid customer service expertise, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members.
Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with the ability to create reports, manage communications, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Accurate and detail-oriented with data entry experience, ensuring reliable and organized record-keeping.
Assisting and advising customers in selecting from a variety of travel options.
Making reservations based on customers’ specific requirements and budgetary allowances.
Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Selling and promoting reservation services
Answering customer inquiries about the reservation process.
Upselling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Providing support to customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
