Job Responsibilities
Open new distribution channels for the sales & business growth.
Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and implement the strategic plan to ensure sales growth.
Visit distributor points regularly in order to check stock with software.
Assess sales performance of team members according to KPIs.
Monitor competitor’s activities and report to management.
Work closely with Marketing Officers in the market.
Find out outlets & markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
Discover sales opportunities through consumer and customer research.
Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
Lead, inspire and develop a high performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability and selling excellence.
