Job Responsibilities:
Lead the team members to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Ensure market presence of each team member according to the tour program, WhatsApp reporting, IMS reporting etc.
Open distributor channels all over the country.
Maintain regular field visits.
Oversee the distributor channels properly.
Ensure primary sales coordinating with the supply chain.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Arrange monthly, quarterly and annual sales meetings.
Review the Salary, TA/DA, bonus and incentives bills.
Generate sales reports timely.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Perform closing & revenue management.
