Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new sales leads through phone calls, social media, online platforms, and direct communication.
Promote and sell software solutions including POS, Inventory Management, Accounting, ERP, and customized software.
Contact potential customers, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain daily sales activities, lead status, and customer follow-up reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Participate in sales campaigns, field marketing activities, and promotional events when required.
