Cash Boi is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Marketing Officer to join our team as a Target Sales Officer (TSO). This is a 100% field-based role focused on promoting and selling our software solutions within Dhaka City.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets through effective field marketing strategies.

2. Promote and demonstrate Cash Boi software to potential clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

4. Report sales activities and progress to the management regularly.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Honors / HSC.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant field marketing or sales experience.

3. Skills: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.

4. Location: Dhaka City (100% field job)

5. Joining: Immediate

Compensation:

Salary: 12,000–15,000 BDT

Commission: Attractive high commission rate based on performance
