1.Provide basic technical and software support to clients
2.Assist users in troubleshooting software and system-related issues
3.Monitor support tickets and maintain proper follow-up
4.Support the technical team in daily operational activities
5.Prepare and maintain technical documentation
6.Learn and work with web applications, hosting, domains, and basic server environments
7.Ensure professional communication with clients and team members
