- Is eager to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- We do not prioritise degrees, university reputation, or years of experience.

About the Internship
We're looking for a Full Stack Development (MERN) Intern who is passionate about building real products, solving real problems, and writing clean, maintainable code.
This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience working on a real-world product used by patients and healthcare providers across Bangladesh.
We care far more about *what you've built* than where you studied or how many years of experience you have. If you've built high-quality web applications and can demonstrate your technical ability through real projects, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our founder and product team to help build and scale the AidFast platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Design scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.
- Work with MongoDB to build efficient and reliable data models.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver new features.
- Test, debug, and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
Work hours:
- Full-time 35-40h/week
- Flexible working hours
