Job Description: Diploma Krishibid

Job Context

As part of our strategic regional expansion, NASL is hiring dedicated Diploma Krishibids to join our operational and field-force teams in the Rangpur Division

. Successful candidates will be strategically posted across the districts of Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Kurigram, and Nilphamari

. Based on your core skills, aptitude, and academic background, you will be assigned to one of our key operational divisions: Sales, Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory, or Operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution Support: Promote NASL’s flagship organic and specialized fertilizer ranges directly to regional distributors, district dealers, and farmers

.

Farmer Advisory & Technical Support: Conduct field-level farmer education, soil testing advisory, and crop requirement mapping to help farmers transition to Integrated Soil Fertility Management (ISFM) practices

.

R&D Field Trials: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and recording data for crop trials to validate formulations under local soil conditions

.

Operations & Quality Control: Support logistics, batch traceability, and supply chain activities between our regional hubs and the central Dinajpur manufacturing campus

.

Regulatory Compliance: Assist in executing regional field-level compliance and documentation required by agricultural authorities

.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture (Krishibid) from a recognized government or accredited agricultural institute

.

Experience & Additional Requirements

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Must be willing to travel and work extensively in rural field environments across Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Kurigram, and Nilphamari

.

Deep passion for soil health conservation, sustainable agriculture, and organic farming

.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with local farming communities and distributors

.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: BDT 10,000 per month, will increase based on KPI

.
