Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned sales, collection and market development targets.
Manage and develop dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers within the assigned territory.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor product movement, dealer performance and market demand.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in accordance with company credit policy.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers and other business stakeholders.
Prepare sales forecasts, market visit reports and regular performance updates.
Coordinate with Logistics and Sales Admin teams for smooth product delivery and customer service.
Support and implement company sales strategies, policies and promotional activities.
