Work Place: Office & Field Based
Responsibilities:
The Company will train up every selected candidate
Report preparation as per prescribed formats,
Communication with Banker.
Property/Asset Value Determination Based on Market Information.
Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/Financial organizations,
Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, Ground rent receipt (GRR), Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.
