• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Graduate/Undergraduate from any recognized university, who has interest to build a career in valuation work

• Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

• Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Word & Excel software,

• Should have well understanding and writing skill in English

• 3 years Employment Agreement will be executed.

Job Responsibilities

• Report preparation as per prescribed formats

• Communication with Banker.

• Property/Asset Value Determination Based on Market Information.

• Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/Financial organizations,

• Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.

• Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.

• Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.

• Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.
