Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect work order from Bank.
∎ Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/Financial organizations,
∎ Report preparation as per prescribed formats,
∎ Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
∎ Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
∎ Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
∎ Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.

∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Collect work order from Bank.
∎ Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/Financial organizations,
