Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any recognized university, who has interest in survey work,
∎ Diploma Civil Engineer completed applicant will get preference.
∎ Academic qualification is flexible for who have experience in working with survey farm as surveyor having at least one year experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect work order from Bank.
∎ Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/FIs,
∎ Report preparation as per prescribed formats in MS word software,
∎ Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
∎ Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
∎ Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
∎ Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in working with survey farm as surveyor will get preference
∎ Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Word & Excel software
∎ Should have well understanding and writing skill in English
∎ 2.5 years Employment Agreement will be executed
