Responsibilities & Context:
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and business KPI.
· Develop, manage, and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network across Bangladesh.
· Identify, appoint, and evaluate distributors based on market potential and business capability.
· Develop, manage, and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network across designated regions/divisions assigned by management time to time.
· Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for product planning and inventory management.
· Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
· Generate innovative sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
· Represent the company at national and international trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
· Travel extensively across Bangladesh to oversee regional sales operations and business development activities.
· Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence reports for management.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
