Job Context

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Planet Hospital's specialized healthcare services, expert consultants, advanced diagnostic facilities, and modern medical technologies to physicians, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role aims to strengthen referral relationships, increase patient acquisition, and enhance the hospital's reputation as a provider of quality healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Planet Hospital's specialty services, consultants, and advanced treatment facilities.

• Visit physicians, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions according to the assigned territory plan.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Promote modern healthcare technologies, advanced diagnostic equipment, minimally invasive procedures, and specialized treatment services available at Planet Hospital.

• Increase patient referrals through effective relationship management and professional engagement.

• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, referral trends, and customer feedback.

• Prepare daily call reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.

• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement promotional campaigns.

• Ensure ethical promotion practices while maintaining patient confidentiality.
