Experience:
MBBS from a recognized medical college/university.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).
1–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital/clinic is preferred.
Fresh MBBS graduates with internship completion and valid BMDC registration may also be considered.
Experience in emergency/ward/ICU services will be an added advantage.
Strong clinical assessment and emergency management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make timely clinical decisions.
Willingness to perform residential/night duties.

Planet Hospital is looking for a dedicated, responsible and patient-focused Residential Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical supervision, IPD patients care, emergency care and clinical support to patients and ensure smooth operation of the hospital's residential medical services.
Job Responsibilities
Provide medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to admitted and emergency patients.
Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patients' clinical condition.
Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical management.
Take appropriate action in critical and life-threatening situations.
Monitor vital signs, treatment progress and response to medication.
Prepare and maintain accurate patient medical records, prescriptions and clinical notes.
Coordinate with Consultants, Senior Medical Officers, Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Refer patients to appropriate Consultants or higher-level medical facilities when necessary.
Ensure timely implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
Provide medical advice to patients and their attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.
Ensure proper handover of patients and important clinical information.
Supervise basic clinical activities and support nursing teams when required.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital premises.
Maintain professional, ethical and confidential standards in patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control procedures and clinical protocols.
Prepare emergency and incident reports when required.
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety and clinical audit activities.
Perform any other medical responsibilities assigned by the Hospital Administration.
