ParentsCare is a technology-enabled home healthcare platform helping families find trusted caregivers and healthcare support for their elderly parents. We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Video Creator to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Create engaging video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional videos.
Develop creative content ideas related to elderly care, caregivers, healthcare and family care.
Write video scripts, captions and social media content.
Visit different locations when required to shoot videos, interviews and customer/caregiver stories.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and social media strategies.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats and viral content.
Ensure all content reflects the ParentsCare brand and builds trust with families.
🔹 Requirements
1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production or social media.
Strong skills in video shooting and editing.
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A portfolio of previous video/content work is highly preferred.
