Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide regular healthcare services to both indoor and outdoor patients.

• Assist the consultant doctors in seeing patient and taking initial patient histories.

• Follow up on patient investigations and treatment process as per consultant advice.

• Clearly explain the consultant's treatment plan to patients and their families.

• Properly maintain and file all patient related medical records.

• Complete medical reports and other documents as per hospital guidelines.

• Participates in emergency patient Care and refer patients when necessary.

• Follow infection prevention and controls (IPC) protocols and ensure hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with other doctors and health Care staffs to ensure team works.

• Work towards patient satisfaction and improving the quality of service.
