Responsibilities & Context:
Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair laboratory diagnostic equipment.
Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory analyzers.
Diagnose equipment faults and replace/repair defective parts when required.
Provide on-site service support at hospitals, diagnostic centers and laboratories.
Maintain proper service records, installation reports and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams regarding equipment-related issues.
Train customers/operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
Perform other technical duties assigned by the management.
