Job Context:
A Reputed Rod & Steel Company is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the management in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to the sales team.
