Responsibilities & Context:
Design short-term and long-term business plans for steel manufacturing, fabrication, or steeltech product lines.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends in steel pricing, raw material costs (scraps/billets), and competitor actions.
Build financial forecasts, profit-loss models, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for plant expansions or new tech upgrades.
Monitor departmental budgets and perform variance analysis to control manufacturing and operational costs.
Sync business targets with factory production planning, inventory control, and dispatch schedules.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements or lean manufacturing goals.
Coordinates strategic growth, financial budgeting, and operational workflows.
Job Other Benifits:
Basic salary: BDT 246,000/-, House rent: BDT 36,900/-, Conveyance: BDT 12,300/- & Medical allowance: BDT 12,300/- per month.
