• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• The role involves regular Sales research, identifying potential clients and segregate them.

• Regular client visits, conduct meetings, presenting our products & services to clients, following up and onboard them.

• Develop training materials of farmers in agricultural developments.

• Training farmers on how to increase yields in remote areas.

• Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports on a regular basis.

• Recording feedbacks and following up until they are closed.

• Follow up on quotations and potential orders.

• Support sales representatives by visiting the market & providing feedback to Superiors.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Maintain and regularly update customer and dealer databases.

• Maintain accurate records of customer requirements and sales-related communications.

• Prepare regular reports on field inquiries, complaints, orders, follow-ups, and unresolved issues.

• Communicate field feedback, market information, competitor-related information, and product-related concerns to the concerned department.

• Provide useful customer insights to support sales and business decisions.
