Responsibilities & Context:

Routine/Regular Job:

• Develop and implement an effective Area Sales Development Plan for the assigned territory.

• Prepare and execute Distributor and Sales Officer (SO) setup plans according to business requirements and market potential.

• Achieve assigned monthly primary and secondary sales targets.

• Prepare monthly sales plans, forecasts, and business projections in line with company requirements.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Officer (SO) team to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance based on defined sales KPIs.

• Ensure continuous sales growth and market expansion by identifying and developing untapped markets and new business opportunities.

• Monitor product availability, distribution, visibility, and proper execution of Cool Chain requirements throughout the assigned territory.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and other reports as required by higher management within the stipulated time.

• Monitor and manage Sales Officers, Distributors, and DSRs to ensure smooth sales and distribution operations.

• Regularly visit markets and outlets to identify market opportunities, customer requirements, competitor activities, and operational challenges.

• Identify sales gaps and take corrective actions to improve territory performance.
