Inventory planning and stock management skills
Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain operations
Good analytical and reporting capability
Strong coordination and communication skills
Sound knowledge of transport and delivery management
Proficiency in Google Sheet, especially Excel
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate end-to-end order processing and product delivery for corporate customers
Monitor stock availability at warehouses and depots against corporate sales requirements
Coordinate with Corporate Sales, Warehouse, Depot, and Logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery
Track order status, delivery schedules, pending orders, and proactively resolve delays
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery
Maintain accurate order, dispatch, delivery, and inventory records in ERP/S&D systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution and delivery reports for management
Coordinate product returns, damages, replacements, and delivery-related issues
Communicate with corporate customers regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules
Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
