• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Dairy

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Ensure quality of milk through; ensure availability of testing chemical at chilling center on time; ensure calibration of testing equipment and trained up 100% Chilling center staff (In-charge & Lab Assistant) directly related to Milk receiving.

• Oversee the milk collection process as per milk collection and milk receiving SOP to ensure adherence to quality standard.

• Conduct training with Farmers on Milk production, hygienic milk, transportation to chilling center and quality norms.

• Ensure proper record keeping on personnel and plant hygiene, CIP records, milk collection records, adulteration testing records, milk dispatched records along with testing report, milk rejection reports at milk collection points.

• Assist in training milk collection personnel on proper hygiene, handling and quality control procedure.
