• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production, Industrial Engineering

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end footwear manufacturing processes.

• Excellent production planning and execution capability.

• Strong understanding of IE, line balancing, SMV and productivity improvement.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent manpower and team management capability.

• Strong understanding of export buyer requirements and quality expectations.

• Ability to work under tight shipment deadlines.

• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Leadership ability to manage production in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Develop and implement production plans based on confirmed export orders, shipment schedules and factory capacity.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per quantity, quality and delivery requirements.

• Monitor daily production against planned targets and take corrective actions for deviations.

• Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, IE, Quality, Commercial and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Ensure production processes are executed according to approved specifications, tech packs, samples and buyer requirements.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement appropriate solutions to improve production flow.

• Work closely with Industrial Engineering to improve SMV, line balancing, manpower efficiency and production capacity.

• Ensure production is carried out in compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples and quality standards.

• Control production costs through efficient utilization of materials, manpower, machines and utilities.

• Minimize material wastage, rework, rejection, overtime and production losses

• Build a performance-driven production culture focused on quality, productivity and accountability

• Closely monitor production progress against buyer shipment dates and critical order milestones.

• Take immediate action on production delays that may impact shipment commitments

• Ensure compliance with factory health, safety, environmental and workplace standards.

• Promote safe working practices throughout production areas.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S and workplace discipline
