Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor the Tissue Machine through DCS (Distributed Control System) to ensure stable and efficient production.
Monitor the complete tissue manufacturing process from Stock Preparation through the Tissue Machine up to the Rewinder.
Identify process deviations and perform effective troubleshooting to minimize production losses and maintain process stability.
Monitor key process parameters and take timely corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality and machine performance.
Prepare accurate daily and monthly production/process reports and maintain relevant operational records.
Ensure smooth handover and effective coordination during shift operations, with full responsibility for assigned Tissue Machine activities.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to resolve operational issues and support uninterrupted production.
