• Diploma in Engineering in Printing Technology

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Printing & Packaging Technology or a related field will get preference

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of rigid box production processes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and cost management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Context

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee all production and operational activities of the Printing and packaging and rigid box manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, superior quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and optimum utilization of resources while maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the printing, finishing, and rigid box production departments.

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, wastage, and overall operational performance.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Factory teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and production resources.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.

• Monitor and control production costs, material consumption, and wastage.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.

• Support capacity expansion, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
