Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • At least 7 years of experience in the QC department of a reputed FMCG/Toiletries industry.

  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.

  • Direct experience with soap, detergent powder, and liquid formulations is mandatory.



Responsibilities & Context:

Line & Process Control

  • Monitor production lines for solid, powder, and liquid toiletries.

  • Oversee batch formulations to ensure exact chemical compositions.

  • Audit manufacturing processes for soap saponification and powder blending.

  • Control filling parameters for all liquid items to minimize wastage.

Laboratory & Testing Management

  • Manage lab operations for chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.

  • Validate raw materials before releasing them to production lines.

  • Test finished goods against established color, fragrance, and pH benchmarks.

  • Calibrate lab equipment regularly to guarantee precise test results.

Compliance & Standards

  • Enforce GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practices) across all lines.

  • Maintain ISO certifications relevant to toiletries and chemical manufacturing.

  • Ensure safety compliance regarding chemical handling and waste disposal.

  • Prepare standard documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.

Team Leadership & Troubleshooting

  • Lead QC inspectors and lab technicians across multiple shifts.

  • Investigate quality defects or batch failures using root-cause analysis.

  • Implement corrective actions (CAPA) to prevent recurring production issues.

  • Train plant staff on hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
