Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Professional certification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, SAP, Warehouse Management

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 30 years

• 10 years' experience in FMCG or Food Factory as Inventory Manager / Warehouse Manager.

• Generate timely Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on rolling forecasts and approved production plans.

• Ensure timely approval of material requisitions while maintaining appropriate safety stock and considering Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.

• Manage resource allocation, training, and development to support effective PPIC operations.

• Oversee the operations of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished-goods warehousing, as well as Chamal operations and equipment maintenance across Pabna, Bogura, and Dinajpur.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices and maintain adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC v6 standards across PPIC operations.

• Optimize inventory levels by effectively controlling overstock and understock situations.

• Support SAP rollout initiatives and act as the process owner for relevant PPIC processes.

• Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement with Supply Chain, QA, PD, MIS, Marketing, Production, Engineering, HR, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
