• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, HDPE pipe production, or water purifier manufacturing will be an added advantage.

ZI Group is a growing and diversified manufacturing organization engaged in the production of plastic and water treatment products Like Water Tanks, HDPE Pipes, HDPE Coil Pipes, Water Purifiers, Water Purifier Accessories and Others Components. To strengthen our Business Operation & Production team, we are looking for a talented, energetic, and career-oriented engineer for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling day-to-day production operations.

• Monitor production targets, output, productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Store, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports.

• Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks, wastage, downtime, and process inefficiencies.

• Assist in production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.

• Monitor raw material and component requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Assist in implementing 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company SOPs and production standards.

• Assist in identifying root causes of production problems and implementing corrective actions.

• Monitor manufacturing processes for water tanks, HDPE pipes, coil pipes, water purifiers, and related accessories.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of production plans.

• Support management with operational analysis, reports, and business-related data.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
