Roaming Tours & Travels is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Marketing Executives to promote our B2B Online Travel Agency platform, agent.roamingbd.com, and expand our travel-agent network across Dhaka and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit travel agencies and introduce our B2B OTA platform.
- Register and onboard new travel agents.
- Demonstrate flight search, booking and other platform features.
- Build strong relationships with agency owners and ticketing professionals.
- Encourage registered agents to make regular bookings.
- Follow up with inactive agents and support their reactivation.
- Achieve monthly targets for agency visits, registrations and confirmed bookings.
- Submit daily field-visit and performance reports.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information and agent requirements.
- Coordinate with the reservation and customer-support teams when agents require assistance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in travel agency sales, airline ticketing, GDS, B2B sales or field marketing will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also apply.
- Basic understanding of OTA platforms, air ticketing or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Must be confident, presentable and comfortable visiting clients regularly.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Smartphone and readiness for regular field movement are required.
- Candidates residing in Uttara or nearby areas will receive preference.
