Education:

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration (Marketing), or relevant technical disciplines.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Good oral and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Self-motivated, Confident, Proactive, Smart, and Target-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Cost estimation, MS Word, Power BI and MS Excel.

• Strong negotiation, client management, and corporate presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Generate new corporate and project-based clients by visiting construction sites, consultants, builders, and corporate offices.

• Visit project sites to identify technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare cost estimations, and formal price quotations.

• Conduct product demonstrations, corporate presentations, and handle technical queries effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; follow up on quotations until project confirmation.

• Coordinate with engineering and application teams for smooth project execution; maintain CRM and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Actively work to achieve overall monthly and yearly sales targets of the company.
