- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Channel Sales, Distribution, FMCG, Telecom, or Mobile Industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the mobile phone industry will receive preference.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and retail channel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure effective product coverage across the designated sales territory.
Execute assigned sales materials, campaigns, and market activities as per company guidelines.
Ensure all products are successfully pushed into the retail channel through proper processes and distribution mechanisms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
Monitor product availability, visibility, and placement at retail points.
Ensure proper execution of company initiatives and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Regularly monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and retail performance.
Prepare and submit required market and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and channel sales guidelines.
Monitor & guide promoter team to achieve their monthly target.
