Core Job Responsibility:

• Identify potential prospects and new business opportunities.

• Ensure individual as well as team members periodical sales & collection target.

• Assist the Team leader/Group Leader in managing team operations through monitoring and follow up the team members’ activities.

• Assist the team members in pre-sales activities such as outdoor, project visit, indoor meeting as & when required to achieve team target.

• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to welcome new clients.

• To look after customer queries with satisfaction and develop relationship.

• Maintain after sales official formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.

• Maintain congenial atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.

• Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis to propose for policy incorporation/refinement in line with market demand.

• Any other task assigned by Management if required.
