Rotate through Sales, Service, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments to gain practical experience and activities of the respective functions/departments.
Engage in leadership training programs aimed at enhancing decision-making, communication, and team management skills.
Submit and present a Functional Stint Report after 3 months, summarizing key learnings and contributions.
Submit and present a Cross-Functional Stint Report of 1.5 months focusing on cross-departmental experiences after completion of the Functional Stint Report.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes, suggest actionable recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Analyze business data and provide insights to support decision-making, strategy development, and operational efficiency.
Face a final defense at the end of the 6-month probation period before a selection board.
Collaborate with supervisors and teams to achieve departmental objectives throughout the stint program.
The Management Trainees will abide by all the rules and regulations of the Organization.
Selected Management Trainees after final evaluation will be consumed in specific roles and will be assigned with respective job descriptions to follow
