ACI Motors Limited is looking for an Executive - Spare Parts (Yamaha Service), where the incumbent will be responsible for driving the marketing, sales growth, and market penetration of genuine Yamaha spare parts and accessories. This position bridges technical service support and commercial sales by formulating promotional strategies, managing dealer and retail networks, driving secondary sales, and ensuring optimal stock availability across territories.

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Yamaha spare parts and Yamalube, SMK inventory, demand forecasting, and warehouse requisitions.

• Support dealer points and 3S Yamaha Centers with spare parts distribution, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) protocols, and operational workflows.

• Assist in executing service marketing initiatives, campaign strategies, and digital promotional guidelines across dealer networks.

• Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of Yamaha Digital Tool (YDT) cable sets, diagnostics, and technical equipment at service points.

• Monitor customer feedback, conduct service gap analyses, and implement after-sales customer review standards.

• Prepare regular sales, inventory and operational reports for reporting manager and department leadership.
