• BBA/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in the Rod Steel application will be accepted only for candidates with experience in marketing and distribution steel and cement products . industry will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with strong leadership and team management skills are encouraged to apply.

• Only candidates with experience in rod and steel sales are eligible to apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be target-oriented, proactive, honest, and hardworking.

• Willingness to travel frequently for market visits.

• Good knowledge of the Bangladesh rod and steel market

A reputed Rod & Steel Company is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of Zonal Manager – Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the management in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

• Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and provide guidance to the sales team.
