• Preferred: B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering & equivalent (with a passion for sales).

• Age At least 23 years

Experience Requirements

• For Senior Officer: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.

• For Executive: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong command of both English and local languages.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proactive, target-driven, and a good team player.

Workplace: On-site (requires frequent field visits to markets & dealers)

• Identify new market trends and business growth opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales deals.Plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and digital marketing tasks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill level).

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
