• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 3 years in real estate sales or high-value sales (Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent spoken Bangla, and a professional, client-focused attitude.

Shared Responsibilities (Both Roles):

• Follow up promptly with incoming buyer leads from Facebook, WhatsApp etc.

• Explain property features, floor plans, prices, and payment structures to prospective clients.

• Negotiate terms, assist buyers with booking formalities, and close sales.

• Maintain lead tracking records and maintain long-term client relationships.

Male Sales Executive (Includes Outdoor Site Visits)

• Handle all client communication, follow-ups, and sales negotiation.

• Site Visits: Conduct physical site visits, guide clients through project locations, and manage on-site client inspections in Dhaka.

Female Sales Executive

• Handle client calls, online messaging, and in-office project presentations.

• Manage walk-in clients, phone consultations, and sales paperwork (No outdoor site visits required).

• 2 Festival Bonuses

• Sales Commission per booking.
