Responsibilities & Context:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
* Generate sales through effective telephone communication and follow-up.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
* Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers and leads.
* Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and campaign-wise sales targets.
* Update customer information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM/Dialer system.
* Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with customers.
* Follow the Company's sales process, scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
