Eyevalley Vision Centre and NBS Vision Care are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Digital Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating sales through digital platforms, handling customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and other digital platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.

• Follow up with retail and wholesale customers to build long-term relationships.

• Process online orders and coordinate with the showroom, billing, and operations teams.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily sales reports.

• Operate the company's billing system accurately.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and resolve their queries.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
